If there were condiments on the table, they could've been used to spice weasel (bam!) things up a bit but, alas, there weren't, so I finished my soup feeling a bit let down.
Knowing I could pay by either cash or debit/credit by observing a gentleman to my right pay w/cash (whom I had seen this lady in question take his cash, mind you) and the group of ladies to my left pay with plastic, I told the woman "no" and told her to take my card up to the cashier, since I wasn't clear if it was a language barrier or just a scam to get me to give her cash and not have my meal paid.In regards to the food, perhaps I should have ordered something other than sesame chicken off the Lunch Specials, but my entree came out a little too sweet and egg drop soup was bland and tasteless. Like the other restaurant I frequented, this one had no A/C - so I knew that could be expected yet what I didn't expect was it to be stifling hot, even if it was a nice day outside and a relatively normal Milpitas-like day.While the place was full during a lunch rush, I felt the service was doing their best although I did experience a gross negligence when attempting to pay for my check at the end of my meal. Unfortunately, this place did not deliver in either category. Kyain Kyain Burmese Restaurant - Burmese, Indian, Noodles, Noodle Soup. Having eaten at another place in Milpitas Square just the day before, the bar was set pretty high for quality and service.
